We want you to love your Thwack Life Archery gear! If something’s not right, here’s how we handle returns and exchanges.

Return Window

 

You may request a return or replacement within 30 days of receiving your order.

​

 

Eligibility

 

To be eligible for a return:

 

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • Items such as custom or personalized designs are non-returnable unless defective or damaged.

Refunds

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

 

We only replace defective or damaged items. To request an exchange, please contact us first at support@thwacklife.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

Return Shipping Costs

 

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect.

How to Start a Return

 

Please email connect@thwacklife.com with your order number and reason for the return. We’ll provide detailed instructions and a return address.

Please be mindful of the fact that each item that you order is custom made for you, and that we are a small veteran-owned business who partners with larger fulfillment centers to offer you some of the best products available and each return is a direct loss to us. Please be kind and don't place orders just to check items out and then send them back.

 

That being said... If something is wrong with your order, we will do our best to make it right. Please contact us prior to returning any item.
